Payments

To secure your reservation, a 35% advance payment of the total rental amount is mandatory.  This payment can be made through bank wire transfer or by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex).

As you confirm your reservation we will send you the Booking Confirmation Voucher – valid as contract – containing all the details of your rental, our contacts and details for the payment.

The Booking procedure is secured just with the Advance Payment and the signed Voucher in acceptance.

The balance remaining, 65% of the total amount, is to be sent via bank wire transfer by 30 days prior to Check-in.

If the booking is made within 40 days prior to your arrival, only a single payment of the total amount is accepted.
